Based on a deep analysis of user feedback on the current version of the application, it is evident that users have identified a main problem and even offered solutions on their own. The feedback provides valuable insights into areas of improvement and potential solutions to enhance the user experience and address their concerns.

In the current version, I analyzed the app's features from 2020 despite the modernity of the online learning platform but seekers face booking issues. To enhance user experience, streamline registration, improve search, and notifications, optimize payments, and provide comprehensive support.
Seeking to understand, to unveil the secrets competitors conceal. Their strategies, their moves untold, analyzing their every stronghold.

After conducting a comprehensive competitive analysis of various apps, it was observed that the enkiconnect app could benefit from several improvements compared to its competitors.

Firstly, introducing a social media section on the app's homepage would enable seekers and advisors to interact, learn, and share knowledge. This feature would facilitate meaningful engagement, allowing users to connect and exchange information within the app's community.

Additionally, empowering advisors to create posts and polls on the homepage would enhance their visibility and enable them to share valuable insights and expertise with the user base. This interactive element would contribute to a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

To attract new seekers and provide them with a glimpse of the app's capabilities, implementing a freemium plan was recommended. This plan would grant access to select functions of the mobile app, enticing users to explore the platform further and potentially upgrade to premium features.
​
Furthermore, to strengthen the marketing strategy and attract a wider range of advisors, offering a more affordable pricing plan was advised. Lowering the pricing for advisors would encourage more professionals to join the app, diversify the available expertise, and ultimately benefit the user community.

Lastly, the creation of different groups within the app would facilitate effective communication and interaction among seekers. By providing dedicated spaces for users to connect based on shared interests or subjects, the app would foster a sense of community and enable valuable discussions and collaborations.

By implementing these recommended improvements based on the findings of the competitive analysis, enkiconnect can enhance user engagement, attract a larger user base, and establish a stronger position among its competitors in the online learning app market.

Before developing the new design for the existing screens, I conducted a thorough examination of the old flow for both the Advisor and Seeker sections. This step was crucial in understanding how to implement new features effectively to address user pain points, optimize the flow, and eliminate errors. I utilized this analysis to inform the creation of the updated design, ensuring a more user-friendly and seamless experience.

I redesigned the splash screen of the online learning app by updating the logo to give it a fresh look, and also the buttons were designed as primary and secondary button so as not to confuse users.
Additionally, I created three engaging onboarding screens that provide a comprehensive introduction to the app's features and functionalities. These onboarding screens will help users become familiar with what the app has to offer, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for them, read more about the logo design in the brand guideline below, rewrite and use it to form sentence
I employed user testing by creating interactive prototypes of the splash screen, logo, and onboarding screens. Diverse participants, including students from various educational backgrounds, working professionals seeking skill enhancement, and individuals interested in lifelong learning, were engaged in usability testing. The target audience comprised individuals who would potentially use the online learning app for their educational and skill development needs.

During the usability testing sessions, participants were given specific tasks to perform, such as:

Throughout the testing process, participants provided valuable feedback on their interactions with the app, expressing their preferences, challenges faced, and overall user experience. This iterative design approach allowed me to analyze the user feedback and make necessary refinements to the splash screen, logo, and onboarding screens to ensure they effectively resonated with users and catered to their needs and preferences.

Before implementing design changes, we conducted a usability test for our online learning platform. I handled recruiting, ensuring participants had educational backgrounds and similar tech skills to our users.
Advisors scheduled one-hour sessions with seekers, while seekers booked 30-minute consultations.
We collected feedback on interaction ease, interface, and overall experience.
Participants navigated the platform easily, completing tasks. We noted issues and gathered feedback to enhance the platform's usability for advisors and seekers.
